I'm back with another SUPER quick & easy meal to share with you today! I make a version of this 10-Minute chicken & veggies weekly, and everything literally comes together in no time at all. Eating real food can be THIS easy!
Here's what I did to create this 10-Minute Chicken & Veggies:
Step 1: GATHER THE INGREDIENTS
Here I have boneless, skinless chicken thighs, a purple sweet potato, green beans and hot sauce.
Step 2: HEAT THE PAN
STEP 3: ADD THE CHICKEN & SWEET POTATO
I added the chicken & diced sweet potato to the pan and covered it with a lid for 3 minutes.
STEP 4: ADD THE GREEN BEANS
I added the green beans and cooked everything covered for 3 more minutes.
STEP 5: ADD THE HOT SAUCE
I drizzled the chicken with hot sauce & cooked everything uncovered for 2-3 more minutes, or until the chicken was crispy.
THAT WAS EASY!
