Bone broth has been a huge part of my own healing journey, and I make it a point to get at least 8oz of broth in everyday. Homemade broth is so important to me, and I’ve even learned to love having soup for breakfast! I make continuous batches of broth and freeze it in individual silicone trays. Freezing broth in individual servings makes things so easy, you can just take a couple broth “pucks” out of the freezer and add homemade broth to any recipe you’d like.
