With so many of you doing a Whole30 or 21-Day Sugar Detox this month, this is the perfect dish to make ahead so that you can have it on hand for easy meals throughout the week!
This Deconstructed Loaded Burger Bowl is a favorite of my husband who basically lives off of burgers while he’s at work. He works 48-hour shifts as a firefighter, and I love sending him with a big batch of this so that he has quick, delicious and healthy meals ready to go! He can also tell ya that this is delicious even eaten cold…as he’s used to coming back from calls to eat cold food. 😉
I made this Deconstructed Loaded Burger Bowl using the Special Sauce from my eBook, Get Sauced, but you can top this with any sauce that you love – my Chipotle Aioli, Barbecue Sauce or Ranch Dressing would all be amazing as well! Feel free to add any toppings that you love on your regular burgers – this recipe can be customized however you’d like!
