I kept the flavors in this Instant Pot Shredded Beef incredibly SIMPLE so that you can turn this dish into as many different meals as you’d like! You only need a few ingredients and a very small amount of hands on time to create this easy, fork tender beef.
You can saute this beef with my taco seasoning for easy tacos or burrito bowls, top it with my barbecue sauce or chipotle aioli, or you can even turn it into a stir fry by mixing it with my stir fry sauce!
I LOVE my Instant Pot, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets of all time! I use it to make gut-healing bone broth, my Chicken Enchilada Soup, Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Pork Chops and Gravy,Teriyaki Chicken, this shredded beef…the list goes on and on!
If you want to add any veggies while you’re making this, such as carrots, yams or potatoes, reduce the cooking time by 10 minutes, then manually release the pressure. Add the veggies to the pot and cook again on manual for 10 minutes. This will ensure that your veggies won’t end up mushy!
