Have you ever made overnight oats? That used to be one of my favorite breakfasts years ago! Now that I no longer eat oats, this mocha protein chia pudding has become my new favorite, and I know it’ll be yours too! It’s super easy to make the night before, and you can even make a larger batch to last the entire week! With the added collagen for protein, this makes a great breakfast at home or on the go!
I love that this recipe for mocha protein chia pudding takes hardly any effort at all to make, plus you don’t have to cook anything, so it’s perfect for the warm summer months! I’m a huge fan of collagen (I linked to the one I use in the recipe, which comes from grass-fed & healthy cows) as not only is it a tasteless and odorless form of protein, but it’s also great for healing your gut and joints! I use it daily and it’s made a huge impact with my own healing!
I’ve been spending a lot of time outside this week, despite the heat, and it’s been amazing for my energy! I have sooo many ideas for where I want my business to go, and sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start. Getting outside is what gets me back into my flow, where the ideas seem to sort themselves out. It’s like magic! I highly recommend getting some fresh air and a little sunshine if you’re not feeling your best or are overwhelmed, it can really make all the difference!
