I can't lie, I'm really sad that these have already disappeared from my freezer so quickly! They are so amazing, and we couldn't help but eat them all! As I was editing the pictures that I took of these "pops," I was drooling on my keyboard. I'm kidding. Kinda.
These are so, so, sooo good! Two ingredients are all you need for this recipe, and just a few minutes of prep work to get them into the freezer! If you don't have any Love Bean Fudge on hand, you can easily order it on Amazon! Love Bean Fudge is made with just a few simple ingredients, and with nothing you won't recognize or can't pronounce (aka totally non-creepy). It's literally the best fudge I've ever had (EVER!!!), and the owner Ryan is an incredibly nice guy who happens to be super passionate about his products
I ordered my popsicle mold through Amazon, and the recipe below fills it perfectly. You can always adjust the measurements depending on the size of your "mold" or container. You really can't go wrong with a recipe that includes Love Bean. There's also no such thing as TOO much Love Bean. Just taste and adjust as you'd like!
Don't have a popsicle mold? No problem! Just use small Dixie cups, freeze for 30 minutes, and then insert popsicle sticks! Don't have popsicle sticks? Just eat with a spoon! You see where I'm headed here? You can do no wrong!
Pro tip – just before serving, drizzle with more Love Bean Fudge. The fudge hardens much like Magic Shell does, when poured onto a cold surface. Magic Shell was pretty much my "life line" as a kid, so you can probably imagine how excited I was. Enjoy!
- 2 ¾ cups full fat coconut milk
- ½ cup Love Bean Fudge
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into your popsicle mold and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
- That's it. No seriously, that's it! So unbelievably good.
