Having completed two Whole30's in the past, I know just how much this program can truly change your entire life. I love that Whole30 focuses only on real food, all while eliminating sugar cravings & helping you discover what works best for YOUR body! If you're struggling with any sort of health issues, or want to feel your best and haven't tried a Whole30 just yet, I highly recommend it!

I once lived for bread, pasta, and all things sugar. I've completely reset my taste buds, as now I no longer crave these things. Over the years, I've discovered what foods work for ME, and having that knowledge is SO powerful!

    These look delicious! Does the Whole30 fit into the paleo protocol or the AIP Paleo? Just curious! Thanks!

      Hi! The Whole30 recipes all fit into the paleo protocol, but not necessarily AIP. I do have plenty of AIP friendly recipes that you can find in my recipe index, just scroll to the bottom of the page 🙂 https://livinglovingpaleo.com/recipe-index/

    This dish made about 10 (1) cup servings. It was too much for me to eat in a week, so I froze the servings in portion control (1 quart) freezer bags. Happy to say- the recipe reheats well and tastes just as good as the day I made it! I eat mine with a scoop of guacamole or sliced avocado to stay whole 30 compliant. For the weekend football games, I also spooned some over corn chips and made nachos with it and they came out great! It makes for a good option to use this recipe in other ways as well – and for members in your household who are not following the whole 30.
